A~T.~NE VOIT: IA ~esolution was p~ssed by the City Council in 1982 granting the sub- ~digision of Outlot A in Rolling Green Addition with the following pro- vigions: CA.~E 1) Adequate soils information be provided to prove to the City that there are ~o buildable lots under present City Ordi- nance requirements. 2) Easements be provided to handle the drainage from the Rolling Green Addition as determined by the City Engineer.
