I I I I I Councilm{mber Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its' aldop~ion:-~ RESOLUTION #82-5 RESOLUTION R~GARD1NG OUTLOTS "A" AND "B" OF COUNTRYSIDE ESTATES AND OUTLOT "~" ROLLING GREEN ADDITION i WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has recently surfaced the streets within t~e Cbuntryside Estates plat; and :i ',W~EREAS, the City Engineer has determined that approximately one-third ofi the area in Countryside Estates drains towards Outlot "B" in said! ~lat~; and i ;WHEREAS, during periods of heavy rain or fast snowmelt, the area cOuid experience flooding without additional ponding areas; and 'i !WHEREAS, the owner of Outlot "B" in Countryside Estates has agreed'to deed the South half of said Outlot to the City with the condi- tion that he be granted a variance from the subdivision ordinance to sub- divide O~tl0ts A and B Countryside Estates and Outlot A in the Rolling Green Addition; and ~ iWHEREAS, the above proposed subdivisions would not result in lot siZel t~at are all smaller than presently exist in the area. NOW THE~!FO~E, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY AGREES TO ACCEPT THE SOUTH HALF OF .~)UT~OT "B" COUNTRYSIDE ESTATES WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: i il) That the City of Ramsey shall waive all subdivision fees involving s~bdividing by metes and bounds and park fees on the above des- cribed lo'ti°ts. ,! 12) That the City shall waive the area and frontage require- of'}th~ City Code for the subdivision of the above described ments out- lots. 3) That in the subdivision of Outlot A Rolling Green Addition, the deveiloper shall agree to the following: a) Provide adequate soils information to prove to the City that there are two buildable lots under the present City ordinance requirements. b) Easements be provided to handle the drainage from the Rolling Green Addition as determined by the City Engineer. If the Outlot is subdivided, it is the in- tent that the easemenet be placed along the proposed subdivision line.
