I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> i <br /> <br /> I <br /> i <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilm{mber Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its' aldop~ion:-~ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #82-5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION R~GARD1NG OUTLOTS "A" AND "B" OF COUNTRYSIDE ESTATES AND <br />OUTLOT "~" ROLLING GREEN ADDITION <br /> <br /> i WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has recently surfaced the streets <br />within t~e Cbuntryside Estates plat; and <br /> <br /> :i ',W~EREAS, the City Engineer has determined that approximately <br />one-third ofi the area in Countryside Estates drains towards Outlot "B" <br />in said! ~lat~; and <br /> <br /> i ;WHEREAS, during periods of heavy rain or fast snowmelt, the <br />area cOuid experience flooding without additional ponding areas; and <br /> <br /> 'i !WHEREAS, the owner of Outlot "B" in Countryside Estates has <br />agreed'to deed the South half of said Outlot to the City with the condi- <br />tion that he be granted a variance from the subdivision ordinance to sub- <br />divide O~tl0ts A and B Countryside Estates and Outlot A in the Rolling <br />Green Addition; and <br /> <br /> ~ iWHEREAS, the above proposed subdivisions would not result in <br /> lot siZel t~at are all smaller than presently exist in the area. <br /> <br />NOW THE~!FO~E, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY AGREES TO ACCEPT THE SOUTH <br />HALF OF .~)UT~OT "B" COUNTRYSIDE ESTATES WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br /> i il) That the City of Ramsey shall waive all subdivision fees <br /> involving s~bdividing by metes and bounds and park fees on the above des- <br /> cribed lo'ti°ts. <br /> <br /> ,! 12) That the City shall waive the area and frontage require- <br /> of'}th~ City Code for the subdivision of the above described <br /> ments <br /> out- <br /> lots. <br /> <br /> 3) That in the subdivision of Outlot A Rolling Green Addition, <br /> the deveiloper shall agree to the following: <br /> <br />a) Provide adequate soils information to prove to the <br />City that there are two buildable lots under the present <br />City ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />b) Easements be provided to handle the drainage from <br />the Rolling Green Addition as determined by the City <br />Engineer. If the Outlot is subdivided, it is the in- <br />tent that the easemenet be placed along the proposed <br />subdivision line. <br /> <br /> <br />
