Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Rau~io!was under the impression the motion included Outlot "A" in <br />Rolli~g Gri~en and he would prefer it did. <br /> <br />Discu~,~ion~ensued regarding Outlot "A" in Rolling Green, and Council has <br />problems w~ith including it in motion. <br /> <br />Mr. R~dioirequests that he be allowed to work with City staff to prepare <br />an a§~Eeme)~t that would be agreeable to the City of Ramsey and himself <br />regarding !legal and engineering aspects. <br /> <br />Counc~ilmem~ber Cox withdraws previous motion regarding subdividing Outlot "A" <br />in coU~trj/side Estates by metes and bounds. <br /> <br />Mr. R~.~di~ brought up Economic Development Comission and stated that he <br />and o~t~,er ~developers are willing to get things going in the City of Ramsey <br />econOinically because it would be beneficial .~o both parties but it has to <br />be b~ylinv~itation. He stated that he has given up attending City meetings <br />and t~r~in~ to impose'his opinions on the Council. He stated that you can <br />get--a!l] t~e input in legislation you want, but if you ignore the investors <br />in ~)teiconi~unity you won't .~jet-far. If Council gets the investors <br />~nvo¥.v~d, !th~ngs will start to happen in the "City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Case Y/? ~Park Dedication Fee Regardin9 James Refrigeration Plat: <br /> <br />MotiOn by iCouncilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />charge fOrr; the one (1) acre platted lot only for James Refrigeration at <br />a co~t of !$218. <br /> <br />Motionl car~ried.
