It is further understood that either party may cancel; ~aid agreement upon 30 days written notice to either party. Mayor .a~d ~ity Administrator are hereby authorized to sign said document. Motion ~arried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilm~rs Sorteberg, Reima~n,~ S~hlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. ~ (~n-Site Septic System Maintenance: Counci .~ r Schlueter stated that she and Mr. Ber§ attended a meeting of F~CC &~r~ it seems that pumpers do not want to do any intermittent repor~f~g;i they only want to [m~p. Councilme~ber Schlueter stated that she check~ upI on some recent pumpings in the City and the pumpers are only pumping. ~buncilmember Schlueter stated that as a oouncilmember and interestedI citizen she will oontinue to pursue this issue; ordinances should ibe followed. Mayor (~c stated that within the next 5 years, most septic systems in Ramse~iwl]Jl need repa:rs and data can be reoorded at the time of repairs and eVgntUally the City's records will be up to date.
