Mr. Berg stated that he has <br /> subm{~tedithe application to City Engineer Raatikka for his review. ~he <br /> mini6gi process oould take tm~) years to eomplete. Mr. Berg stated that a <br /> tenp~ryioonditional use permit does not require a public hearing and <br /> (3oun~ c~uld approve the request oontingent upon approval of City Engineer <br /> and ~pl~ance with City ordinances. <br /> <br /> City. ~tto~ney Goodrich stated that it should be discussed whether or <br /> not a i£egplar or t~nporary oonditional permit should apply in this case; a <br /> t~mpp. ~aryi permit is intended for uses generally not suitable within a <br /> zoni~ district on a t~npo~ary basis.
