Contained in <br />"Enclosure A is a comparison of the proposed Saddle <br />Club Ordinance and the City's existing ordinance. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION REGARDING LETIER FROM METROPOLI~I~N COUNCIL <br />iS~I~P DA~_D NOVEMBER 27, 1984 PER~INING TO DENSITY <br />G~LCUIATIONS AND DEVELOP~_~T MORATORIUM: <br /> <br />.~hi$ letter, which is contained as Enclosure B, is a <br />response to a review of the Rum River Hills P.U.D. Mr. <br />Jim'~Barton, Metropolitan Council staff, notes that the <br />!City of Ramsey needs to develop some means for <br />consistently determining the density of proposed <br />dev~lo[x~ents and how the proposed development impacts <br />the ~density standard of 1 in 10 set forth in the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan. Mr. Barton goes on to recommend <br />~bat the City establish a policy for consistent <br />development plan reviews and that until this policy is <br />established and the density issue is resolved, a mora- <br />tori!um be put on all development. Mr. Barton also <br />Stated that he would be hapl~y to come and discuss these <br />· at~ers with you if you wish. <br /> <br /> <br />
