APPROVAL OF AD HOC COMMITTEE MINUTES 1) Ad Hoc Committee organizational meeting minutes dated August 10, 1982. (PleaSe refer to enclosure A-1.) C. LETTERS AND coMMUNICATIONS 1) Lette~ dated July 6, 1982 from Mr. T. Renner to Ms. L~nne Tacamotto regarding the use and expansion of solid waste landfills in Anoka County. (Please refer to endlosure C-1.) D-1 COMMISSION BUSINESS CASE #~: PRESENTATION OF ISSUES BY AD HOC COMMITTEE MEMBERS: .At the meeting of AUgust 10, 1982, it was decided by the Committee that each member of this Ad Hoc Committee should submit in writing ithe issues he felt should be addressed in addition to those issues ~presented in the agenda of the August 10th meeting. ~Accordingly, Mr. Art Dunn has submitted his additional comments ifor your review as enclosure (D2-a). Enclosure (D2-b) contains comments from Mr. John Lichter, as he won'.t be in attendance tonight. .Also, I am enclosing as Exhibit #1, Ramsey's Capital Improvement .Program Budget for 1982-1986 and the City of Ramsey's Fiscal Analysis ~for 1978-1986. The Fiscal Analysis commences with 1978, as that ~as the year Ramsey floated its first bond issue. I think the proposed Capital Improvement Budget will give an excellent idea iof Ramsey's cost when it comes to public improvements. The Fiscal ,Analysis is very interesting as it spells out why Ramsey needs a igood policy. Ad Hoc Committee Action: No action will be required. ADJOURNMENT
