All terms would <br />expire Janharyi31, 1995. <br /> <br />The reapp0mtrhent of Berme Vevea ~s controversml ~n the fact that he ~s not a resident of the <br />City, howeveri he does own a business within the City limits. The EDC feels it is very <br />importarit io h~ve input from the business community and have requested (in the previous <br />case) tO:hhveCouncil amend Chapter 2 to allow for non-resident business owners to <br />occupy a !Seat~;on the EDC.
