I I I Councilmembcr introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION RESOLUTION #92.12- AUTHORIZING 1992 FINANCIAL AUDITING SERVICES WHERE/~S, the auditing firm of Malloy, Karnowski, Radosevich & Co., P.A., has submitted an engagement letter which confirms the basic services to be performed in the upcoming audit for year ended December 31, 1992; and WHERE&S, at the Council Budget Committee meeting of November 23, 1992, staff recommende& the firm of Malloy, Karnowski, Radosevich & Co. be retained for the year ended December 31, 1992 financial audit at an estimated cost of $14,300 for the City of Ramsey and $1,000 to $1,500 for the Ramsey Fire Relief Association; and wHEREAS, the Budget Committee approved this recommendation and hereby recommends the Rramsey City Council retain the services of Malloy, Karnowski, Radosevich & Co., P.A., for the year ended December 31, 1992, financial audit NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby appoints Malloy, Kamowski, Radosevich & Co., P.A. aS: the City's auditing firm for the year ended December 31, 1992. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember land iupon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following VOted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following Were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of Debember, 1992.
