Councilmember its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for RESOLUTION //92-12- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR S.J. LOUIS CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-15 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on June 9, 1992; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution awarding the bid to S.J. Louis Construction, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project 92-15. WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer, Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., recommended partial payment to S.J. Louis Construction, lnc. in the amount of $13,285.00, which includes the required escrow of $664.25. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows' 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to S.J. Louis Construction, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project 92-15 in the amount of ~13,285.00. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolutions approving payment of the bills for the month of December, 1992. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained' and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 22nd day of December, 1992.
