I I I i I I I I I I I I I I I i 1 I I Councilm~mbey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~'92-12- RESOLtrrION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO OMANN BROTHERS, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-18 WItEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on June 28, 1992;,and WItEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding lhe'bid to Omann Brothers, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project #89-18; itnd WItEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended final payment to Omann Brothers, !nc.~ the amount of $59,169.70; and WHEREAS, previous partial payments in the amount of $51,017.94 have been made to Oman.fi Brothers, Inc.; and WHEREAS, final lien waivers have been received and the project has been accepteda$ me,eting specifications by the City Engineer. NOW TI'IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 01~ I~AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: · 1 ) That thC City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Omann Brothers, Inc. for the[~confitruction of Improvement Project #89-18 in the amount of $8,151.76. 2) That tha City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in the resolution approviiag payment of the bills for the month of December 1992. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmernbet and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereOf: and the followifi, g voted against the same: and the foll°witlg abstained: and the fol[Owir~g were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council thi~ th/22nd day of December, 1992.
