AN ORDiNAnCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSE¥, MINNESOTA. The City of RaOsey ordains: SECTION 1. :.AMENDMENT 9.02 Definitions The following definitions are amended to read as follows: Lot, mini. mum ~ea of: The surface of a lot computed exclusive of any portion of the right- of-way of any l~ublic street or thoroughfare for all commercial and indusn-ial lots and all residenti~il lots.~ Parcel: A lot o? record with the surface area of same computed based on measurements from property Ijne to property line, exclusive of any portion of the right-of-way of any public street or !thoroughfare. The following ~efinitions are added: Domestic_ ~ewage: Sewage that might be generated by a dwelling; a toilet facility at an establis~m '~en to the public; rental units, such as motels and resort cabins, or showers and toilet f~ili~ies for schools or campgrounds. Non-DomOsfic Sewage (Process Waste Water): Sewage discharges generated from such uses as r, Sgaur'4nts, laundromats, barber and beauty shops, car washes, and other types of commercfidl or !ndustrial establishments. The following definition is deleted: Process W~te Water: Any water generated by other than domestic use. This definition shall apply'only to Section 9.20.25 and 9.20.37 (RB and RI) of this Chapter. Section 9.21.23~ is hereby repealed and amended to read as follows: 9.21.23 !B-31 Highway Business District ~ Subdivision 1. Intent: The purpose of the B-3, Highway Business District i~ to pr~)vide for and limit the establishment of motor vehicle oriented or dependent and convenience type, high intensity commercial and service activities characteristically located alohg major traffic carriers.
