As Built Plans. Upon completion of installation of all requirecl irnpro~%'ements, the subdivider shall file with the City Administrator or designated represerlt~ti¥~ a tracing and two copies of plans and specifications showing all improvements gs finally constructed and installed. Such as-built drawings shall be certified to be true [and laccurate by the registered engineer responsible for the installation of the improvements. 9.50.5'/: ,Sidewalks and pedestrian ways. Section 9.50.57 is hereby repealed and amended to read as follows: ~Subd. 1. All sidewalks and pedestrian ways required by the City shall be constructed of ~t four inch concrete placed on a four inch (4") gravel base. Grades shall be as appr°¥~cl b~ the City Engineer. Sidewalks shall be placed in the public right-of-way one foot t'r~m the property line and shall be a width designated by the City. ~ Subd, 2. Construction of traiiways All accessible bikeway/WalkWay traitways shall be constructed of a minimum two inch (2") bitumionous mat on a two ir~ch (2") gravel base. Grades and specifications shall be as approved by the City Engineer.,: All paved trailways shall be of an eight foot (8') width with two foot (2') graded sh0uldOrs. All horse and wilderness trailways shall be graded to a minimum four-' foot (4') wi~dth ~d surfaced as determined by the Park and Recreation Commission. SECTION 2. Section 9~1.2,3 B-3 Highway Business District: Amend the permitted uses to include en¢lose[t retail and rental activity, offices, banks, personal and professional services, :chSve, ln and convenience, fast food establishments, commercial car washes, gas station, track stbp, and motor vehicle repair, convenience store with gasoline. Amend conditional~uses to eliminate same and establish the criteria for conditional uses as standards for p~rmitted uses. Amend accessory uses to include open and outdoor storage,
