W., :Ramsey, MN., 55303 (City), and ]=aye <br /> <br />Construction Company, a Limited Partnership, (FCC), does state a~ follows: <br /> <br /> ~S, 1990 Minnesota Laws Ch. 448 was enacted to permit the County to sell or <br />a~change thos~ land~ fle~-m'bed in that law, which are included w/thio th~ boundarie~ of the <br />Mi~ipPi We~t County park, by private sale or nego~/ation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREA,% FCC has caused a plat entitlexi "Kivenw/ck" to !~ drawn for land adjacent to the <br />park on the east which plat includes a portion of the park descn'bed as Chariots A and M, Rivenw/ck; <br />and <br /> <br /> ~~ the parties intend to exchange land pursuant to 1990 Minnesota Law Ch. 448 <br />by the County giving to FCC those lands describe~ as Ouflots A and M, Rivenwick and FCC giving <br />those lands described as Outlot .~, Rivenw/ck, to the County; and <br /> <br /> ~ 1990 Minnesota Laws Ch. 448.requires the value of the property exchanged to <br />be of substantially equal value; ~ <br />THEREFORE, IT IS MtYI~.4.LLY AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES: <br /> <br /> County will approve the plat of R/venwick, City o£ Ramsey, County of Anoka, State <br /> <br />of lviinne~ota. <br /> 2. <br /> <br /> Upon approval, and subject to fre~ and clear title for the exchanged properties, <br />Countywill convey by by Warranty Deed to FCC Outlots A and M, Rivenwick and FCC will convey <br />by Warranty 'De~ to County Outlot ~', Riven.wick, subject only to an easement for drainage. <br /> <br /> 3. FCC will construct an 8 foot wide walking trail, to County specifications, across Ouflot <br /> <br />J and will complete cons{zuct/on by June 1, 1993. <br /> <br /> <br />
