Councilmemb~r: introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-12- RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE SITE PLAN FOR VE-VE, INC. wHEREAs, on October 22, 1991, the Ramsey City Council approved Ve-Ve, Inc.'s site plan for a 5i900 s~tuare foot building expansion on the property which is legally described as follows: The south 200 feet of the north 250 feet of the west 220 feet of the east 880 feet of Lot 1,'.AUditors Subdivision No. 30, Anoka County, Minnesota; said distance being measured parallel to the north and east line of said Lot 1 together with an easement for road purposes over the north 50 feet of the east 880 feet thereof; all accord!ng to the map or plat on file or of record in the office of the register of deeds in and for Anoka County, Minnesota. - and- The south 212.68 feet of the north 462.68 feet of the west 220 feet of the east 880 feet OfLot!l, Auditors Subdivision No. 30, Anoka County, Minnesota, together with art ea~ment for road purposes over the west 33 feet of the north 412.68 feet of thc aast 913 feet and over the north 50 feet of the east 913 feet thereof according to th~ map Or plat on file or of record in the office of the register of deeds in and for Anoka iCouhty, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the site plan development permit required that the site improvements be completed by July }, 1992; and WHEREA.S, performance standards for this type of development have not changed for this district sin~ce site plan approval. The City received a letter from Bernerd Vevea, Ve-Ve, Inc., dated November 119, 1992, requesting an extension to September 30, 1993 for the site plan improvements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the site plan approval for Ve-Ve, Inc. is hereby granted an extension to September 30, 1993. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember -., and! upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent:
