Observations: <br /> <br />During regular Budget Committee meetings and workshop sessions, the Budget Committee <br />reviewed 1993 revenue forecasts and all expenditure requests. The initial expenditure <br />requests exceeded revenues by $675,882, not including a request for funding a new public <br />works facility.
