NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O]:' THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I) That the NMMA hereby requests that the Szlpplemental Draft Environmental Impact; <br /> Statement, dated October 1992, prepared by Sn'gar, Roscoe & Fausch, Inc. in cooperation <br /> with MnDOT, be adopted and used as the basis for implementing the T.H. $$610 <br /> Crosstown project. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 24th day of November, 1992. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
