Councilmember for its adoption:. introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION #92-11-- RESOLUTION AEPROVlNG PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR BONINE EXCAVATING, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-17 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this pro)ect on August 26, 1992; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution awarding the bid to Bonine~Excavating, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project 92-17. WHEREA~, the Consulting Engineer, Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc.~ recommended partial payment to Bonine Excavating, Inc. in the amount of ~211;383.95. NOW, THBR:EFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOI~A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows' 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Bonine Excavating, Inc. Cfor the construction of Improvement Project 92-17 in the amount of $211,383.95. 2) .That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the relea~se form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolutions approving payment of the bills for the month of November, 1992. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resol0tior~.
