AND~NHEREAS, on February, 21 1990, thc City received application for amendments to NorthforkPUD concept plan; and wHeREAS, Dennis Peck and the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on March 6, 1990 an{l accepted the concept plan amendment; and wHEREAS, the City received application and sketch plan from Dennis Peck for Northfork PUD 5~'h Addition on March 28, 1990; and WHEREtAs, the preliminary plat for Northfork PUD 5th Addition was not reviewed by the Park and ~eC!Zation Commission because all park dedication requirements for Northfork PUD are specified in ia Northfork PUD Park Dedication agreement dated February 19, 1987 and amended l~ay 9, f1989; and WHERE~AS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on May 1, 1990 and conducted :a ipub!ic hearing on Northfork PUD 5th Addition and recommended preliminary plat approval of Nortl~fork PUD 5th Addition; and Wtt£RI~AS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 22, 1990 and approved the preliminary Plat !for Northfork PUD 5th Addition as per the City Engineer's Review dated April 24, 1990; and ~ WHeReAS, the City received plans for final plat approval of Northfork Lake Addition, a division Of~Nof~hfork 5th Addition on October 23, 1992. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS~EY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thati the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Northfork Lake Addition in a~cordanee with relevant City Codes and contingent upon the Developer entering into a D~v~lOp~ent Agreement with the City of Ramsey.
