As!you imay recall, the City Council approved a phasing plan for Chesmut Hill in June <br />of 1990. TtfiSthirtl phase of Chestnut Hill consists of 21 single family lots. <br /> <br />The sewer and wager to service these 21 lots was constructed as part of the Stage ! improvements <br />in the first and second phases of Chestnut Hill.
