Block 1; Lots 1 - 3, Block 2; Lots 1 - 8, Block 3; and <br /> Ouflot A, Chestnut Hill 3rd Addition, Anoka County, State of <br /> girinesota. <br /> <br /> AND WH!~REAS, on January 3, 1989 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />approved the sketch plan for Chestnut t4ill; and <br /> <br /> WHEREA,S, on January 10, 1989 the Ramsey City Council ordered the preparation of <br />an EAW for Environmental Quality Board (EQB) approval relating to the proposed developments <br />of Chestnut Hill, Windemere Woods and Cedar Hills; and <br /> WHEREAS, on Ma.,,, 11, 1989 the City of Ramsey received a letter from the EQB <br />acknowledging receipt of a negative declaration and indicating that no EIS would be required for <br />Chesmut Hill, Cedar Hills and Windemere Woods; and <br /> wHERE'kS, on July I3, 1989 the Metro Council authorized the expansion of the <br />MUSA bou~ tO include the area of the proposed Chesmut Hilt; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 10, 1989 the Ramsev Planning and Zoning Commission conducted <br />a pubhc hea~mg regarding Chesmut Hill and on July 18, 1989 recommenaed preliminary plat <br />approval of Chesmfit Hilt; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 22, 1989 the Rarnsey City Council adopted Ordinance #89-19 <br />which rezoned the ~proposed Chesmut Hill from R- i Rural Residential to R- i Urban Residential; <br />and <br /> <br /> WI'IEREA4S, the Ramsey Park and Re.?eaxion Commission met on October 12, 1989 <br />and recommended acceptance of the joint park plan for Cedar Hills, Chesmut Hill and Windemere <br />Woods. whi:h :/neiade~ a combination of land and cash; and <br /> <br /> WHE~REAfi, on Al:n-il 3, !990 the R.amsey Planning and Zoning Commission declared <br />the proposed subdivision of Chestnut Hill consistent with the official zoning map and <br />Comprehensive plan for the City. of Ramsev as part of the subclivad,., s request for Tax Increment <br />Financing, and. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS. the Ramsev City Council met on May 22, 1990 and approved the <br />p~iiminary plat foe Chesmut Hill as per the CiD' En~-dneer~,'s ~view dated Mav 16, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June !2. 1990 the Ramsev City Council ador~ted Resolution q~90-06- <br />178 approving me !phasing plan for Chesmut HiE, ~hesfiaut Pond, Cedar Hills and Windem~?re <br />Woods. <br /> <br />47 <br /> <br /> <br />
