I I I i I I Councilmernber ~ introduced thc following resolution and moved fo? its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-11- RESOLUTION GRANTING 3RD ADDITION FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CHESTNUT HILL WHEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property, upon recording of the plat, located in the City, ~f Ramsey: Lot~ I -'10. Block 1; Lots 1 - 3, Block 2; Lots 1 - 8, Block 3; and Ouflot A, Chestnut Hill 3rd Addition, Anoka County, State of girinesota. AND WH!~REAS, on January 3, 1989 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission approved the sketch plan for Chestnut t4ill; and WHEREA,S, on January 10, 1989 the Ramsey City Council ordered the preparation of an EAW for Environmental Quality Board (EQB) approval relating to the proposed developments of Chestnut Hill, Windemere Woods and Cedar Hills; and WHEREAS, on Ma.,,, 11, 1989 the City of Ramsey received a letter from the EQB acknowledging receipt of a negative declaration and indicating that no EIS would be required for Chesmut Hill, Cedar Hills and Windemere Woods; and wHERE'kS, on July I3, 1989 the Metro Council authorized the expansion of the MUSA bou~ tO include the area of the proposed Chesmut Hilt; and WHEREAS, on July 10, 1989 the Ramsev Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a pubhc hea~mg regarding Chesmut Hill and on July 18, 1989 recommenaed preliminary plat approval of Chesmfit Hilt; and WHEREAS, on August 22, 1989 the Rarnsey City Council adopted Ordinance #89-19 which rezoned the ~proposed Chesmut Hill from R- i Rural Residential to R- i Urban Residential; and WI'IEREA4S, the Ramsey Park and Re.?eaxion Commission met on October 12, 1989 and recommended acceptance of the joint park plan for Cedar Hills, Chesmut Hill and Windemere Woods. whi:h :/neiade~ a combination of land and cash; and WHE~REAfi, on Al:n-il 3, !990 the R.amsey Planning and Zoning Commission declared the proposed subdivision of Chestnut Hill consistent with the official zoning map and Comprehensive plan for the City. of Ramsev as part of the subclivad,., s request for Tax Increment Financing, and. WHEREAS. the Ramsev City Council met on May 22, 1990 and approved the p~iiminary plat foe Chesmut Hill as per the CiD' En~-dneer~,'s ~view dated Mav 16, 1990; and WHEREAS, on June !2. 1990 the Ramsev City Council ador~ted Resolution q~90-06- 178 approving me !phasing plan for Chesmut HiE, ~hesfiaut Pond, Cedar Hills and Windem~?re Woods. 47
