By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik Background: Mr. Dalles Natermann of Dalles R.V. World is proposing to relocate from 7129 Hwy. #10 N.W. to 7103 Hw¥.:#10!N.W. The subject property is approximately 1.5 acres in size and is zoned B-3 Highway BUsineSs. Recreational equipment sales is a permitted use in the B-3 Business District. However, a e0ndil~ional use permit i:; required if a permitted use in the B-3 District includes an outside dispia~,/sal~s area. Staff expressed co,ncem that the 4 display sites parallel to the driveway should be eliminated and the 4 across thee front of the property should be reduced to 2. After ,,zivin_, consideration to staff's concerns, the appllcant submitted a draft rexjs~on of the site plan to the Plannmg Cornrmsslon on November 5. i. The~ draft revision proposed .~2 display vehicles on the site, ,4 of which would be parked parallel tol the driveway area and 3 across the front of the property.
