Counei!member introduced the £ollowing resolution and moved for' its adoption: RESOLUTION ~92-11- RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PER MIT "FO-R AN OUTDOOR DISPLAY/SALES AREA IN THE B-3 BUSINESS DISTRICT WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application from Dalles R.V. World, Inc. for conditiona! use perrnit to establish an outdoor display/sales area in the B-3 Business District 7103 Hwy. #10 N.W. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, that the findings of fact the request are determined to be as follows: I. RAMSEY, relating to That Dalies R.V. World, lnc., hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant", properly applied for a conditional use permit to have an outdoor display/sales area for a recreational equipment sales lot.
