This property is located next to mine and I am opposed to this permitlbein~ issued. I first would like to say that & Mrs. Weinmann are ideal neighbors and I feel bad to e~:press feelings of opposition to this permit request. They keep their propert~ veil maintained, are cordial neighbors, and I feel that the~ look ogt for the best interest of my proper~y, as well as others, whe~ I am not around. Who~ i.purchased my property~ it was with the idea that homes were being constructed on 2 i/2 acres in the cit3~ of Ramses- because ~f the ~ack~ c~ cit~ sewer and privately, owned we~.~ ~ ~ The larger lots :were to provide adequate area for a large enough drainfieid,~ far enough away ~rom. ~_~a~% ~ent property, so that their we~is :~ou±G not su~_r from sewer =ontaminatzcn The iaea ..... = ~= between homes w~s aisc of a larEer ~0%, ~i~n acc~czonai _pa__ , what crew me co build in the Cit3- cf Ramse3-.
