I1 pertaining to the requirements for new construction for off-sale <br />liquor eStabliS~hments and for requiring that each establishment so licensed to have 4,000 <br />square fe,6_t.oflretail and storage space. This case had previously been before the City <br />Council ~d W!Is directed to Planning and Zoning for their recommendation. <br /> <br />ObservationS: <br /> <br />The plann~g a3d Zoning Commission recommended that City. Council delete from Section <br />7.53.11 those;isubdivisions pertaining to the new construction and to the square foot <br />requirenSents,; [Specifically those are Subdivision 2 and Subdivision 6, respectively.
