Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # , FOR THE EXPANSION OF A <br />CABINET MANUFACTURING OPERATION I'N-THE B-1 BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> <br />On ,1992, a conditional use permit was issued to Ron Danner to expand the <br />cabinet manufacturing facility in the B-1 Business District on the property generally known as <br />16735 Quicksilver Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The north 200.0 feet of the west 187.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 7, Klemish Addition, <br />according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use <br />permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />The manufacturing of cabinets and the construction of a 1,920 square foot structure <br />for storage purposes shall be permitted on the subject premises. However, no <br />manufacturing shall be permitted within the accessory structures on the property <br />unless they are up~aded to comply with the Uniform Building Code for the type of <br />occupancy. <br /> <br />This conditional use permit shall be contingent upon compliance with the terms of <br />the Site Plan Development Permit issued for the approved site plan drawn, the <br />certificate of survey drawn by Caine & Associates dated September 14, 1992, and <br />the architectural plans drawn by Graphic Design Architects dated September 29, <br />1992. <br /> <br />3.
