There ~s ia sufficient amount of hardsurfaced parking area on the lot to accommodate the 11 employees. ' The Planning ~and ,Zoning Commission reviewed the site plan on October 15 and recommended approval of :same ~:ontingent upon Mr. Danner installing five 4 foot spruce trees north of the driveway in thb northwest comer of the property for screening purposes. Recommendation: The Planning and Zoning Commission and City Staff recommend approval of the site plan.
