Mr. Danner <br />has also app!i~t fo~ a conditional use permit to expand this use in the B-1 District. <br /> . i <br />With the additi.on :qf the storage building, the facility remains to be in compliance with the 35% lot <br />coverage req. t~lren~ent.. · , The. proposed locanon of the structure on the lot meets ali required <br />setbacks. There ~s ia sufficient amount of hardsurfaced parking area on the lot to accommodate the <br />11 employees.
