I '1 I I I I I Councilmemt~r } introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: ' RESOLUTION #92-10-_ RESOLUTION J~DOPTING ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92- 03 (SEALC0ATING AND CRACK FILLING OF MENKVELD'S UNPLATTED AND MENI{VELD'S COUNTRY PARK ADDITIONS) WHERE~S, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Ramsey City Council has:met a~nd heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the following craekfilli~g and sealcoating improvement: a) 163~rd LaNe N.W. between Wolfram Street N.W. and the eastern boundary of i Me0kveld s Counn'y Park Addition; b) 164~h Lane N.W. between Azurite Street N.W. and Uranium Street N.W.; c) 166~h Lane N.W. between Zirconium Street N.W. and Yttrium Su'eet N.W.; d) 162~d Avenue N.W. between Azurite Street N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W.; e) AzUrite Street N.W. between Nowthen Blvd. N.W. and 164th Lane N.W.; f) Ziraonium Street N.W. between 162nd Avenue N.W. and 166th Lane N.W.; g) :Yttrium Street N.W. between 162nd Avenue N.W. and 167th Avenue N.W.; h) .'Wa~fram Street N.W. between.. 164th Lane N.W. and the southern boundary of ~ Meidcveld's Country Park Addmon; and i) Uranium Street N.W. between the northern boundary of Menkveld's Country Park Addtition and its cul-de-sac terminus. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSES, ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such ~roposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby $ccepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named ther~iri, ang each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the [ ? improq, em~nt in the amount of the assessment lex ied a,ainst it. 2) That such t!ssessment shall be payable in annual installments extending over a period of three y~ears~, the first of the installments to be payable with the first tax roils of 1993 and shall: hear interest at the rate of 8.0 percent annum from the date of the adoption of this asscsstneni resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire asseSsmen~ from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1992. To each subsequent installment~ when due, shall be added interest for one year on ali unpaid installments. 3) That the owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the assCSs~en[ to the Anoka County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on such prop~y, ~ith interest accrued to the date of payment, to the City Finance Department, eXcept.that!no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the .adOptiOn of this resolution. The owner may, at any time thereafter, pay to the City Finance D{partment the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest
