I I I I I I I I I I Councilmcmker l~t~rson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g92-03-049 A RESOLUTION DECLARING CONDITIONS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO I~IAINTAIN TWO HORSES ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED .AT 16350 ALPACA STREET N.W. (PIN 16.32-25-22-0007) WH:IERE~S, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution ~92-03-048 regarding Findings of Fact ,~3306 for this use and herein approves a Conditional Use Permit subject to the following exmditiohs: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAM~EY,'~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On March ~24, 19~92, a Co,,,n, ditional Use ,,P, ermit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to J~es paulzine ( Permit Holder ) to maintain two (2) horses on the generally known as 16350 Alpaca Srr~et N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 4, BloCk 2, The North Forty, Anoka County, Minnesota This permit is! isst~.d pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ram~ey City Code. The conditions of this pmnit are as follows: Th.is permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. A Permanent structure, designed to house horses and at least five-hundred (500) sqtiare feet in size, shall be constructed on the subject property by October 30, 1992 in accordance with City Code requirements for such su-uctures. Th~ temporary run-in shed located on the subject property, as depicted on the site plan dated received by the City of Ramscy on February 18, 1992, shall be removed bY !October 30, 1992. There shall be no exterior storage of ha), and other feeding materials on the subject property. The Permirtee shall maintain the fence at a snnacmral level adequate to contain the ho~S~ es on the propeTty in accordance with the site plan d~red as received by the Cir), of Ramsey on February 18, 1992. The City A~trator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises fo= comphance and safety purposes annually or at any rime, upon reasonable r~uest. The Permirtee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in admin/srering and eh/ore/rig this conditional use permit. /?
