! <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />ri <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councflmember ':i <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92.10- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING STREET LIGHTING POLICY <br /> WHERE~S, the Ramsey City Council adopted a street lighting policy at its meeting of <br />February 27~ 1991i and <br /> WH ~ERE , certain elements of that policy were discussed at a City Council meeting on <br />September 2~2,! 1992; and <br /> <br /> WHEREA~S, as a result of those discussions, the City Council, by motion, recommended <br />certain chang~ in ~he adopted policy. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSE¥, ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That. the R~tmsey City Council hereby adopts a street lighting policy dated October 13, <br /> 1992, Whia. h incorporates the changes desired by the City County at the September 22, <br /> 1992 rneetipg. <br /> <br />The motion for th{adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> i and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following Voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the foltow, ing: Were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon s~d re~;olution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 13th day Of October, 1992. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrato~ <br /> <br /> <br />
