Staff recommended establishing the following rates: ~on,iribution - installation of Cobra street light Deveiol~' contribution Traditionaire subdivision street light DeveloPer ¢on~bution street light O & M 3 years @ $90/year ResidenliS] urban billing: Subdivi'l;i0n s~eet light rate per lot @ $2.75/month Stree! and traffic sigrls: Developet' coniribution - street and/or traffic signs $600.00/light $400.00/light $270.00/light $8.25/quarter $120.00/sign Interest r~e charge Prime + 2 points WHEREAS, ihe Budget Committee concurred with Staffs recommendations and recommends Council amend the City, s 3che4tule of Rates, Fees and Charges be amended accordingly. -- [ NOW THERE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1 ) That the Ram~y City Council hereby amends the City's Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges to establish fees for street lights, street or traffic signs and a City financing rate as detailed within this resolution. 2) That the Ramsay City Council hereby establishes these fees for all billings on or after October 1, 1992.
