NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 6, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Peter G. Kovar & John J. Kovar to vacate a road right-of-way easement legally described as follows: An easement for road purposes 50 feet in width over that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, the center line of which is described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter with the southerly right of way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad; thence southeasterly along the south right of way line of the said Burlington Northern Railroad, a distance of 366.80 feet and to the actual point of beginning of said center line; thence southwesterly to a point on the northerly right of way line of U.S. Trunk Highway No, 10, said point being located a distance of 300 feet as measured along said right of way from the west line of the said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
