The undersigned being all of the owners adjacent to the land hereinafter <br /> <br />described hereby petition the City of Ramsey to vacate the following described <br /> <br />road: <br /> <br />An easement for road purposes 50 feet in width over that part of the <br />Northeast Qaarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, the center line of which is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the west line of said <br />Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter with the southerly <br />right of way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad; thence <br />southeasterly along the south right of way line of the said <br />Burlington Northern Railroad, a distance of 366.80 feet and to the <br />actual point of beginning of said center line; thence southwesterly <br />to a point on the northerly right of way line of U.S. Trunk Highway <br />No. 10, said point being located a distance of 300 feet as <br />measured along said right of way from the west line of the said <br />Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter. <br /> <br />September 1, 1992 <br /> <br />Ri~aM.
