Upon arrival, I met with the Comp who reported that <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />there is junk all over the bird/ditch area - all from Danny's Tranny. I observed a large I <br /> I <br />amount of junk metal ~k%rts, 0il, grease and other such pollution on the West side of Basalt <br /> I' <br />St (r~ right of way / ditch) near the South gate of Danny's Tranny. All of this was <br /> <br />outside the chain-link fence surrounding Danny's Tranny. It us a sore sight. <br /> <br />noticed misc j~nk just North of 141st, on the West side of Basalt St. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Oomp. was quite upset about this and stated that it has been that way since last fall. <br /> <br />He also advised that many times he finds misc junk pieces as well as oil etc, on tJ%e s~ree, t. <br />Nbst of this falls off of trucks coming and going from the area - it is not being policed <br /> <br /> (picked u? by~ Dann?s Tranny). O~ stated that this is in violation of the Condit~.onal <br /> '- <br />use Permit issued .to Dann)~'s Tranny.
