He stated that the trucks from Danny's Tranny at the <br />above listed ad¢~ess mre unloading on the street. Items are falling off and they are <br />not policing the:.$tre~t area good enough. I advised the compl that this would fall under <br />the zoning and cO~di~onal use ord. and I would see that the code enforcement section <br />of the city was n~tif~ed. <br /> <br />After clearing the phone call I went to Steve Lutmer's office and spoke with Steve. <br />advised him of the c~plaint. He was aware of the problem and is handling it. It appears <br />that some of the~ ~rob~em stems from customers having to wait in line and that with the <br />load res~riction$ ~cur,kencly inplace Danny's Tranny may not be able to get produc~, moved <br />off the lot =o m~k~e :~om for incoming trucks. <br /> <br />Referred to other agency.
