CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />DANNY'S ALUMINUM PROCESSING, <br /> DANIEL KARST, JR. <br /> <br />INC. <br /> <br />On , ,1992, Site Plan, approval ,,w, as granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to <br />Danny's Alu~inurfi Processing, Inc., (' Permittee ) to construct a 13,000 square foot building <br />("Stru'cture")~o~t th4 property at 14050 Basalt Street N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, which property is <br />legally describ&l as!follows: <br /> <br /> Lots 2 and !3, Block 4, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT #2, Anoka <br /> County; Mir~nesota; <br /> <br />CSite~') <br /> <br />This approval is iss:~ed pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval a~ as ifollows: <br /> <br />1. sTRuCTUI~E. The Structure shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to and <br /> approved by the City's Building Official. Approval is given for a building to be <br /> constructed In accordance with the plans drawn by Graphic Design Architects consisting of <br /> twO (2)ishe~ts with a revision date of September 16, 1992. All building plans must be <br /> prepa~ex] and certified by a registered engineer or architect. <br /> <br />2. STATE. BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in <br /> accordahce &ith the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />3. SITE pLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited and constructed on the Site in <br /> accordahee ~ith the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee, which site plan consists of four <br /> (4) slicers ~ated August 26, 1992, drawn by Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br /> Approval of[the site plan submitted includes a four (4) foot variance to the thirty-five (35) <br /> foot rem yafl:l setback. <br /> <br />4. REQUIRED, IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee will construct and install the following <br /> Site Im~rova, ments on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown <br /> on the Site Plan. The Improvements are the following: <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />B-61 <br />exce <br />Bitul <br />site1 <br />Seed: <br /> <br /> eand <br /> nc <br /> Fire lanes and entrances; <br /> <br />'the Improvements"; <br /> <br />2 concrete curb around the perimeter of all bituminous surfacing with the <br />~tion of that portion of paved area along the sourthem boundary of Lot 2; <br />ainous driveways, loading areas and off-street parking areas; <br />~acling; <br />rig; <br />scaping; <br />ing (on Lot 1, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat #2); <br /> <br />UTILYI'!ES.i Permittee shall cause the Structure on the Site to be connected to City sewer <br />and water w~en said utilities become available to the Site and herein agrees to join in a <br />petiti® ifor ,,uch improvements. However, the Permittee does not relinquish his or her <br />rights u~der IMinnesota Statutes Chapter 429, or Ramsey City Code Chapter 4, to appeal <br />the amount (~f the assessments. <br /> <br /> <br />
