FOR IMPRQVEMENT PROJECT #92-35 WHEREA~, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on June 9, 19B2; aha WHEREAr~, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution awarding the bid to S.~J. Lbuis Construction, Inc. for the construction of improvement Project WHEREA~:, the Consulting Engineer, Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates; i~c,, recommended partial payment to S.J, Louis Construction, Inc. in the amount of $t541813,90, wh ch inc udes the recluired escrow of $?,740.70. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOK~A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 'T'ha~ the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to S.J.
