By a minor subdivision, the developer is seeking to replat these four lots into three, thereby <br />increasing th,~ siz~ and making them more appealing to prospective home buyers. <br /> <br />The subdivisj0n al~o includes an outlot adjacent to 153rd Avenue N.W. The developer proposes <br />to profesSioria!ly iRndscape this outlot to provide for an aesthetically pleasing entrance to the <br />residential portion ,6f the Northfork Links. <br /> <br />ObservationS: <br /> <br />Naturally~ inrCduCing the number of lots from 4 to 3, substandard size is not a concern. The lots <br />will continue':t0~ receive access from Andrie Sn-eet N.W.
