CONDITIONAL USE PERKIT (CUP) <br />D~I~Y'S ALUKII~UM PROCESSING, INC. <br /> <br />On Nove~er~3, 1990, a conditional use permit ("CUP") was issued <br />by the ~ityi0f Ramsey ("City") to Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. <br />("Permi~ ~ol~er") to operate an aluminum processing facility in the <br />I-I IndUStrial District on 1.6 acres of land legally described as <br />follows: ~ <br /> <br /> Lo: 11, ~lock 4, Gateway North Industrial Park Plate ~2, Anoka <br /> Cou~tY,l Minnesota, hereinafer "site". <br /> <br />This pe~it !is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey <br />City Cod~i. iThe conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. ~i. !This permit shall remain in effect so long as the <br /> con~.it~ons imposed herein are complied with. <br /> <br />2. ~. ~ Noises emanating from the site.and operations shall <br /> be in c~mpliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota <br /> PollutiOn Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7010,0010 to <br /> 7010~00~0, as amended except as modified herein by City <br /> performance requirements. <br /> <br />3. Dual,Ash/Particulates. The emission of dust, ash or other <br /> parsecu .ate matter shall be in compliance with and regulated <br /> by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, <br /> Minm~s0 :a Rules 7005.0010 to 7005.0080, 7005.2770 subp. 2.A <br /> an~. ~0 CFR Par= 50, as amended except as modified herein by <br /> city:performance requirements. <br /> <br />4. Odor~. iThe emission of odor from the operation shall be in <br /> Con'zap. ce with and regulated by the State of Minnesota <br /> PollUtion Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7005.0920, as <br /> amendedi except as modified herein by City performance <br /> reqU~reAments. <br /> <br />5. ~. iThe emission of smoke from the operation shall be in <br /> comp~ ~ia~ce with and regulated by the State of Minnesota <br /> Poli~ti~n Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7005.0480 s~bD. <br /> 1.~.i a~ a~ended except as modified herein by City performance <br /> <br /> o <br />6. Fu.~n~c~iEmissions and Monitoring. Emissions from the melt <br /> furh~cef shall comply with State and Federal regulations as <br /> they~exist and may be modified from time to time during the <br /> period 6f this CUP. An independent testing laboratory shall <br /> condRctlemissions monitoring at least once per year or on a <br /> morei'fr~quent basis if pollutants are in excess of standards. <br /> Thel penn. it Holder shall make a complete report available to <br /> ~he ~ity within thirty (30) days of comp!e~ion by the testing <br /> labo=at~ry.
