This cuP constitutes the entire agreement and <br />%%nd~s.t.~n.ding between the parties hereto with respect to this <br />CUP.~ Thls CUP shall not be considered modified, altered, <br />chan~ ed~ gl'°r. amended in any. respect unless in writing and <br /> signed <br />by ~he Clty and the Permlt Holder. <br /> <br />A~gn~Lmeht. Su.sDension or Revocation of CUP. The violation of <br />~nyl ~f ~he material terms of this CUP is grounds for suspen- <br />sio:i~ o~ revocation hereof consistent with applicable law. <br />Furthermore, ~he City specifically reserves the right to <br />ame~, ~uspend or revoke this CUP consistent with applicable <br />law~ as ireasonably required to protect the public health, <br />safe~y ~nd welfare and the environment. Specifically, but <br />wi~0Utilimiting the foregoing, the City may amend, suspend <br />or revoke this CUP consistent with applicable law if the City <br />CoU/~illreasonably determines that continued operation of the <br />alU~..$n~processing facility places the public health, safety <br />or Welfare or the environment in jeopardy. <br /> <br /> <br />
