I I I '1 '1 I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-09- RESOLUTION [GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF WOOD POND HILLS 2ND ADDITION WI'tERE~S, Dickman C. Knutson, P,r, esident of.,BLH Development and Wood Pond Hills Properl~.'es,~l~nc., hereafter referred to as Developer , has properly applied for final plat approval on t~ following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot H, :Wood Pond Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota AND ~-WI~EREAS, on March 6, 1990 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission approved tht Ske~h plan for Wood Pond Hills; and WHERE4s, on November 5, 1991 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding Wood Pond Hills and recommended preliminary plat approval of same; i~nd WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on November 14, 1991 and recomme~de,~ acceptance of land for the trail corridor and cash to satisfy park dedication requirements for ~e plat; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on December 17, 1991 and approved the preliminary plat fotr Wood Pond Hills; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on August 3, 1992 and approved the construction Of public improvements in that area proposed to be platted as Wood Pond Hills 2nd Addition. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥, :ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ci[y Council hereby grants final plat approval of Wood Pond Hills 2nd Addition in accordlmceiwith relevant City Codes. The motion for theiadoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember :. and[upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following VOted against the same: and the folloWing abstained: and the following Were absent: whereupon said re~lution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 8th day of-September 1992.
