Councilmember ! , , introduced thc following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-09- RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF pROp(~.~_.DiASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #a9.1S (STREET IMPROVEMENTS; FOR WACO STREET N.W. BETWEEN 149TH AVENUE N.W. AND 150TIt AVENUE IN.W.) WHEREAs~ ~ a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the street ~mprovements to?Wado Street N W. between 149th Avenue N. W. and 150th Avenue N.W. and the expenses incurred or to De~lncu.rred in the making of such improvement amount to $70,020.50 so that the total cost of the improvement[will !be $70,020.50. NOW THER~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOK'A' COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the ~Lx~rti°n of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereby declared 1) to be $fi~,520~50 and the portion of the cost to be assessedagainst benefited property owners is declared ~ beki517,500.00. 2) That thc ~rinc~pal of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a period of ten years; ~e'~rst ,Df the installments to be payable on or before May 15, 1993 and shall bear interest at the rate of 8% per~ nt per annum from the date of the adoption of the assessment resolution. 3) That the City iAdministrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Ramse.y City (2ouncil thereof.
