Councilmcmbor: i introduced thc following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-09- RESOLUTIONDECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROiPO,$i~D;[AfiSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-03 (CRACK FILLING AND S~ALCOATING OF MENKVELD'S UNPLATTED AND MENKVELD'S COUNTRY PARK~ ADDITIONS) WItEREAS,I a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the crack filhng & scal¢oating m~provements to Menkveld s Unplatted and Menkveld s Country Park Addmons and the expenses incurrefl or ~o be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $23,603.58 so that the total cost of thc impr6vemCnt will be $23,603.58. NOW THEREFOI~E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKke COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1 ) That the Poni6n of thc cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereby declared to I~c Sq i:,8011.79 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to bei$11,801.79. 2) That the Principal of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a period of three years; th~ firstlof thc installments to be payable on or before May 15, 1993 and shall bear interest at the rate ot' 8% per!annum from the date of the adoption of the assessment resolution. 3) That the CitylAdministrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify thc Ramsey City Council thereof.
