Councilmcmber' ~ introduced thc following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-09- RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROpO~DiASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-05 (CRACK FILLING AND SE~ALCOATING OF OLD COUNTY ROAD #5) WHEREAS,i a contract has bccn let and costs have been determined with reference to the crack filling & sealcoatmg Improvements to Old County Road #5 and the expenses ~ncurred or to be incurred in thc making of su¢l~ improvement amount to $2,800.98 so that the total cost of thc improvement will bc $2,800.98. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOK~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That th:e ponibn of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereby declared to be $1~400~49 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared ito be[ $1,400.49. 2) That thc Pfin4ipal of thc assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a period of three years; tha firs~ of the installments to be payable on or before May 15, 1993 and shall bear interest at the rate of 8% pc4 annum from the date of the adoption of the assessment resolution. 3) That the Cit~Administrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the RamseY City Council thereof. Thc motion for the ado. ption of thc foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote baing:thken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and thc following voted against the same: [ and thc following were absent: and thc follOwing abstained: whereupon said tesolation was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 8th day of September, 1992.
