RESOLUTION #92-09~ RESOLUTION D~CLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRO'pO, SED:iASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-07 (CRACK FILLING AND SI~ALCOATING OF GREENLAND HILLS PLAT 2) WHER~iAsi i a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the crack t-filing & seale6afing ~' ~flnprovements to Greenland Hills Plat 2 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of sugh!imp~ovement amount to $5,696.73 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $5,696.73. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEYi ANDKA, COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1 ) That the Porti(3n of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereby declared to be $2,,848'.37 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared l:o bei$2,848.36. 2) That the Principal of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a period of three years; ~e~first[of the installments to be payable on or before May 15, 1993 and shall bear interest at the rate of 8% pet[annum from the date of the adoption of the assessment resolution. 3) That the CitYtAdministrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Ramsey City Council thereof.
