If sit, Operations cease, the Conditional Use Permit becomes null and void and all materials <br /> rclafin~ ~ to ~he production of aggregate on thc site shall be removed by the operator within <br /> nine~';(90)i days of the date of termination of the Permit. The permittee shall provide a <br /> financial g0arantee at the City, in the amount of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) to <br /> insu~ ~C~val of all demolition rubble in the event the permittee fails to perform said <br /> rcmOv~ Ulbon the conditional use permit becoming void or revoked. The OperatOr of the facility will provide a visual inspection of all trucks and remove any <br /> debris ~'o~ them prior to the trucks leaving the site, and take precautions to prevent <br /> spillage fro,in macks. <br /> <br />20. The Ciff ~ay initiate action to revoke the conditional use permit in accordance with <br /> proead.~reS ~stablished in the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />21. The failurep!; f the City at any time .t° require performance, by the permittee of any provisions <br /> here~if 8h~ m no way effect the right of the City thereafter to enforce the same. Nor shall <br /> waivl~'~,'by t~e City of any breach of any of the provisions hereof be taken or held to be a <br /> waiver~of ~y succeeding breach of such provision or as a waiver of any provision itself. <br /> <br />22. If any P,r.o~,sion of this CUP shall be declared void or unenforceable, the other provisions <br /> shall h~it be[affected, but shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />23. The O~ Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for <br /> compli'linceiand safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />24° The pe~i~e shall be responsible for ail City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this co/~difl.bnal use permit.
