It is also reasonable to expect that 143rd Avenue would be <br />~xtcndcd t°~¢ ~ at some point in the future. Also in accordance with Staffs recommendations <br />of July ~6~ ~ applicant has revised the plat to provide an ouflot along the northern boundary of <br />the plat to b~ preS~rved as a corridor for the furore extension of 145rd Avenue.
