Thc area to be platted is approximately 22 acres and consists of two metes and bounds dcs~-r~b~d ~parccls and Ouflots A and C of Gateway North Industrial Park. Thc property would bt pla~l. It is proposed that the devcl~nt ~greement for the plat will require the developer to deed the ouflot along the northern b0~nda~ of thc plat, at no expense, to the City at such time as it becomes necessary to extend 145 ~.~t~~ In ~e interim, the developer will provide the City with two casements for access purposes to ~ c~netcry - one along the ouflot and one south from the ouflot to the cemetery.
