PROPOSED ORDINANCE CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9, WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAFTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AM[E~ING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF TIRE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMF3qT The following described property is hereby rczoned from R-1 Rural Residential to Planned Unit Development: Government Lot 3, Section 19, Township 32, Range 24, Anoka County, Minnesota, except that pan thereof lying southerly of the following described line: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Government Lot 3; thence on an assumed bearing of South 00 degrees 32 minutes 31 seconds East, along the west line of said Government Lot 3, a distance of 1460.00 feet to the point of beginning of said line; thence South 75 degrees 32 minutes 31 seconds East 500.00 feet and said line there terminating. SECTION 2, MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after it's passage and publication, subject to City Charier Section 5.04.
