Counciln~m~ RESOLUTION i PAYMEN~ (ASTECH) FOR! APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 ASPHALT SURFACE TECHNOLOGIES THE 1992 SEALCOATING PROJECT introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-08- AND PARTIAL CORPORATION r WI-IEI~EAI], the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on July 5, 1992; and ' · ~ WHE}REA$, the City Council of the City of Ramscy adopted a resolution awarding the bid to ASTEO[t for[the 1992 Sealcoating Project; and WHER~EA$, the City Engineer has recommended approval of Change Order No. 1 increasing th¢:~ont~act amount by $1,863.33 to a total of $85,923.33 due to legitimate changes in the quantity Of ~aate~als used; and WHEP,~EA$, the City Engineer recommended partial pay to ASTECH in the amount of $81,627. I6. NOW THER~FO~RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSElt, AIWOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That th~ City Council hereby authorizes Change Order No. 1 increasing the project contract amount~ by$1,863.33. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to ASTECH for the 1992 Scal¢01iting ~roj¢ct in the amount of $85,923.33. 3) That tb~ Clt~ Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for thts~ partial payment. 4) That thi~ to~al amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of I~he bills for the month of August 1992. 5) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
