Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #92-08- RESOLUTION AP~PROVlNG PARTIAL PAYMENT TO BAUERLY BROTHERS, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT//91-14. WHEREAS;~ the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 14, 1:992; and WHEREAS~, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bauerly Brothers, inc. for the construction of Improvement Project 91-14; and WHEREAS~ Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates,Inc. recommended partial payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $2,478.79. ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows' 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Bauerly Brothers, inc. for the construction of improvement Project #91-14 in the amount of $2,478.79. 2) 3) 4) The motion: for the, adoption Councilmernber ' voted in favor thereof: That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of August, 1992.
